Who can order

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a legally binding contract under Indian law to buy from us. By ordering, you confirm that the information you give us, including your name, address, and contact number, is accurate and complete. We currently sell and ship only within India.

Our products are food supplements

Healthy Manushya products are FSSAI-licensed food supplements. They are 100% vegetarian and made without hidden fillers. They are not medicines. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition. Nothing on this Site is medical advice.

If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, under 18, on prescription medication, or managing a health condition, please talk to a qualified doctor before starting any supplement. Stop use and consult a doctor if you notice any adverse reaction. Always read the label and use the product only as directed. Results vary from person to person and depend on your routine, diet, and overall lifestyle.

The 90-day approach and the free diet plan

A lot of what we offer is built around a 90-day routine with check-ins and support. The free diet plan and any coaching or accountability included with an order are general wellness guidance, not a personalised medical or clinical nutrition prescription. They are meant to support your routine, not to replace advice from your own doctor or dietitian.

Pricing and honest selling

We believe in one fair price. We do not run fake discounts, inflated "original" prices, or fake countdown timers. All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We try hard to keep prices and product details accurate, but if an obvious error slips through, such as a clearly wrong price, we may cancel the affected order and refund you in full. We will always tell you if we do this.

Orders and acceptance

When you place an order, that is an offer to buy. Your order is only confirmed once we accept it and dispatch it. We may refuse or cancel an order for genuine reasons, including the item being out of stock, a pricing error, a delivery address we cannot serve, suspected fraud, or repeated unjustified refusal of Cash on Delivery parcels. If we cancel a prepaid order, we refund you in full.

Payment

We accept Cash on Delivery (COD) and prepaid methods such as UPI, debit and credit cards, net banking, and wallets. Online payments are handled by third-party payment gateways, and we do not store your full card details on our servers. By choosing COD, you agree to pay the full amount to the delivery agent at the time of delivery.

Shipping, returns, and refunds

Delivery is covered by our Shipping Policy. Returns and refunds are covered by our Refund and Return Policy, including the 7-day window for sealed products and the rule that opened consumables cannot be returned for safety reasons. Those policies are part of these Terms, so please read them too.

Use of the Site

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes. You will not try to hack, disrupt, scrape, overload, or misuse the Site, copy our content for commercial use without permission, or place fraudulent orders. We may suspend or block access if you break these rules.

Our content and brand
