Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of healthymanushya.com and any purchase of products or programs from Healthy Manushya (“we,” “us,” “Healthy Manushya”), operated by Mehak Enterprises, Third Floor, SCO 101C, II, Urban Estate Phase II, Jalandhar, Punjab 144005. By placing an order, booking a consultation, or otherwise using this website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or place an order.

Who can use this site

Our products and programs are intended for adults. You must be at least 18 years old to place an order or book a consultation on your own behalf. If you are ordering on behalf of a minor, you confirm that you are their parent or legal guardian and take responsibility for that order.

Orders and payment

  • All orders on healthymanushya.com are prepaid. We do not currently offer Cash on Delivery.
  • Payments are processed securely through Razorpay (UPI, cards, net banking and wallets). We do not see or store your full card details.
  • We take reasonable care to keep product information, pricing and availability accurate, but errors can happen. If we discover a pricing or listing error after you've ordered, we will contact you before processing the order, and you may cancel for a full refund if you don't want to proceed at the corrected price.
  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order for example, for suspected fraud, an out-of-stock item, or a pricing error and will refund any amount already paid for a cancelled order.

Subscriptions

Subscribing to a formula or the 90-Day Transformation bundle authorises us to charge your saved payment method on the applicable recurring schedule until you cancel or pause. You can cancel or pause a subscription at any time by messaging us on WhatsApp there is no minimum commitment and no cancellation fee.

Intellectual property

All content on this website text, graphics, logos, product formulations as presented, photography and video belongs to Healthy Manushya or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property law. You may not copy, reproduce, republish or create derivative works from this content without our prior written permission.

Testimonials and user content

Where we publish a customer's testimonial, review, photo or video (including on our homepage), we do so only with that customer's permission, as noted alongside the content. If you have shared a testimonial, photo or video with us and want it removed or your permission withdrawn, message us on WhatsApp or email healthymanushya@gmail.com and we will take it down within a reasonable time. Acceptable use

You agree not to use this website to post or transmit unlawful, harassing, defamatory or obscene material, to attempt unauthorised access to our systems, to interfere with other users' use of the site, or to infringe anyone's intellectual property rights.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

  • Our products are food supplements, not medicines, and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. See our Medical, Health & Supplement Disclaimer for full details.
  • To the maximum extent permitted by law, Healthy Manushya's liability for any claim arising from your use of this website or purchase of our products is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant order. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss.
  • Nothing in this clause limits any liability that cannot be excluded under Indian law, including liability for defective goods under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

Force majeure

We will not be liable for any delay or failure to perform our obligations where that delay or failure results from causes beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, government action, courier or logistics disruption, or public health emergencies.

Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of these Terms or your use of the website will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Jalandhar, Punjab.

Complaints and support

For any complaint about an order, a product, or this website, write to us at healthymanushya@gmail.com or message us on WhatsApp at 7087073073. We acknowledge complaints within 48 hours and aim to resolve them within one month, in line with the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page reflects the most recent version. Continued use of the website after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
