Shipping Policy
Here is exactly how we get your order to you, how long it takes, and what it costs. We currently ship only within India.
Orders are fulfilled by [BUSINESS LEGAL NAME] ("we", "us", "Healthy Manushya") to delivery addresses across India.
Order processing
We pack and dispatch orders within 1 to 2 business days of you placing them. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed the next working day. During sale periods or new launches it can take a little longer, and if that happens we will tell you.
Delivery timelines
Once your order is dispatched, typical delivery windows within India are:
- Metro cities (Delhi, Mumbai, Bengaluru, Chennai, Hyderabad, Kolkata, Pune, Ahmedabad): about 2 to 4 business days.
- Other towns and cities: about 4 to 7 business days.
- Remote areas, hilly regions, the North East, and islands: about 7 to 10 business days.
These are estimates from our courier partners, not guarantees. Weather, local disruptions, strikes, and festival rushes can add a day or two. We are working hard to keep deliveries fast and honest.
Shipping charges
Shipping charges, if any, are shown clearly at checkout before you pay. We do not add surprise fees at delivery. If a free shipping offer applies to your order, it will be visible in your cart. Cash on Delivery orders may carry a small COD handling fee, which is also shown at checkout.
Cash on Delivery and prepaid
We offer both Cash on Delivery (COD) and prepaid payment (UPI, cards, net banking, wallets). For COD, please keep the order amount ready for the delivery agent. If a COD order is repeatedly refused at the door without a genuine reason, we may limit COD on future orders to prepaid only.
Your free diet plan
Every order comes with a free diet plan. This is delivered digitally, usually by email or WhatsApp, separately from your physical package. So if your capsules arrive before your diet plan lands in your inbox, do not worry, it is on the way. If you have not received it within 3 days of delivery, message us and we will resend it.
Tracking your order
Once your order ships, we send you a tracking link by email, SMS, or WhatsApp using the contact details you gave at checkout. Please double-check your phone number and address before paying, since a wrong or incomplete address is the most common reason orders get delayed or returned.
Failed deliveries and returns to us
Couriers usually make a few delivery attempts. If they cannot reach you, or the address is wrong, the package may come back to us. If that happens we will contact you to either re-ship it (a re-shipping charge may apply) or refund a prepaid order after deducting the actual two-way shipping cost. For COD orders that come back undelivered, no charge applies, but we may ask for prepayment before re-shipping.
Damaged or missing parcels
If your parcel looks opened, tampered with, or damaged when it arrives, take a photo before opening it if you can, and contact us within 48 hours. We will work with the courier and make it right. See our Refund and Return Policy for how replacements and refunds are handled.
