Refund and Return Policy
At Healthy Manushya, we sell food supplements you put inside your body. So our return rules are built around two things: your safety and basic hygiene. Please read this before you order, especially the part about opened products.
This policy is offered by [BUSINESS LEGAL NAME] ("we", "us", "Healthy Manushya") and applies to orders placed on healthymanushya.com for delivery within India.
The short version
- Unopened, sealed products can be returned within 7 days of delivery.
- Opened products cannot be returned, for safety and hygiene reasons. This is normal for supplements.
- If your order arrives damaged, wrong, or missing items, we fix it fully. That is on us.
- The Oath Guarantee is separate from returns. It is explained at the bottom of this page.
7-day return window for sealed products
You can request a return within 7 days of delivery if the product is unused, unopened, and the manufacturer hygiene seal is still intact. The product must be in its original packaging, with the outer box, label, and batch details undamaged.
To start a return, email us at [SUPPORT EMAIL] or message us on WhatsApp at [SUPPORT PHONE] with your order number and a photo of the sealed product. We will confirm whether the return qualifies and share the next steps.
What we cannot take back
For your safety and the safety of every other customer, we cannot accept returns of:
- Any product where the hygiene seal is broken or the bottle or pouch has been opened.
- Products that have been used, even partly.
- Products without their original packaging, label, or batch number.
- The free diet plan, any free gift, or any item marked non-returnable at checkout.
- Requests made more than 7 days after delivery.
Once a supplement seal is open, we have no way to confirm how it was stored or handled, so we cannot resell it or take it back. We will not make an exception on this, because it protects you too.
If something is wrong with your order
If your order arrives damaged in transit, you received the wrong item, an item is missing, or a product is past or near its expiry date, that is our responsibility. Tell us within 48 hours of delivery and we will replace it or refund it in full, including any shipping you paid. Please keep the packaging and send us a photo or short video so we can sort it quickly with our courier.
How refunds are paid
Once we receive and check a returned product, or once we approve a damaged or wrong-item claim, we process the refund within 5 to 7 business days.
- Prepaid orders (UPI, card, net banking, wallet) are refunded to the original payment method. Depending on your bank, the amount can take a few extra days to show up.
- Cash on Delivery (COD) orders are refunded by bank transfer or UPI. We will ask you for those details when we approve the refund.
- If only part of an order is returned, we refund only that part. Any COD handling fee or shipping charge already collected is non-refundable unless the fault was ours.
Cancelling an order
If you want to cancel, contact us as soon as possible. We can usually cancel an order before it has been packed and handed to the courier. Once it has shipped, it follows the return rules above. Prepaid cancellations before dispatch are refunded in full.
A note on results
These are food supplements, not medicines. They are not meant to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease, and we do not promise specific medical outcomes. How your body responds depends on you, your routine, and your overall lifestyle. "I did not see a result" on its own is not a return reason under this policy. It may, however, be covered by the Oath Guarantee below.
The Oath Guarantee
The Oath Guarantee is our own promise, and it is different from a normal return. Here is the deal: take the Oath, do the full 90-day protocol, and show up for your check-ins. If you do your part and still feel no difference, we refund you. Because if you finished and nothing changed, then we did not hold up our end.
To claim it, you need to have completed the 90 days and stayed in touch through your check-ins, so we have a record that you actually followed through. To raise an Oath Guarantee claim, email [SUPPORT EMAIL] with your order number. This guarantee is separate from the 7-day return window and does not require the product to be sealed or unused.
