Communication Consent Policy
Last updated: 20 August 2026.
Why we message you
- Order confirmations, shipping and delivery updates.
- Your daily WhatsApp check-in and weekly review the core of the accountability system you've signed up for.
- Responses to questions you've sent us.
- Where you've separately consented: marketing messages about new products, offers or content.
How consent works
By placing an order, booking a consultation, or messaging us on WhatsApp, you consent to receive transactional and program-related messages (order updates, check-ins, weekly reviews) from us on the phone number you provide, via WhatsApp, SMS and/or email, sent through our messaging partner, MSG91. Marketing messages are sent only where you've given separate, affirmative consent for example, by opting in on our consultation form or checkout page. We do not use pre-ticked boxes to record consent.
Opting out
You can opt out of marketing messages at any time by replying “STOP” on WhatsApp/SMS, using the unsubscribe link in our emails, or messaging us directly. Opting out of marketing does not affect transactional messages (like order updates) or your ability to continue the daily check-in system if you're an active participant to pause the check-ins themselves, see your subscription or program cancellation options.
Your number stays yours
We use your phone number only to communicate with you about your own order, program or request we don't sell or rent your contact details to third parties. See our Privacy Policy for full details on data handling.
