Campaign 2026. Sixteen finished ads, and the campaigns they run in.
The sixteen ads come first, each one shown as it will actually appear in feed. After them: the two campaigns, where every ad points, how the frames were made and the copy that runs with them. Section 09 is the competitor field work this was all built against. Section 10 is the three things still waiting on Arun.

01The sixteen ads, as they will appear in feed
Every card below is the real thing: the image that will be uploaded, the primary text that will run above it, the headline and the button that will sit under it, and the page it opens. Nothing here is a placeholder. The frames were generated at 4k in 4:5 with the real bottle attached as a reference, so the label in the ad is the label on the bottle Akash ships, and every milligram figure was read off the pack shots.
Ten going live: six in P1, four in L1
Six held back
Four are rotation stock, brought in as the first ten fatigue. Two point at the six-month tier and cannot run until that product is published.
02The two campaigns
Both import as drafts from a single spreadsheet, into ad account 2312438732897418. Everything lands PAUSED and cannot spend until a payment method is attached.
| Campaign | Objective | Optimising on | Daily | Creative | Lands on |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| L1 · Leads · Consult | Outcome Leads | Lead | ₹600 | the four with people | /pages/lp-weight-loss |
| P1 · Prospecting · The label | Outcome Sales | Add to Cart | ₹700 | six of the label frames | lp-stress, lp-omega, lp-energy, lp-glow |
The remaining six frames are held back deliberately: two of them point at the six-month tier, and that product is still a draft.
03Where every ad goes, checked
An ad pointing at a missing page spends the click and loses the buyer, and Meta will keep serving it. Every destination is fetched live before an import, by check_links.py, and the import is blocked if anything is not a 200.
| Checked | Result |
|---|---|
| 16 landing pages, policy pages and the consult page | all 200 |
| 6 live products, including The Full Set and the 90-Day | all 200 |
| 4 ladder products: Progress, Results, The Quarter, The Half Year | 404, because all four are still DRAFT |
04How the frames were made
All sixteen through nano_banana_pro at 4k, 4:5 native, with the real bottle cutout attached as an image reference. No local compositing and no browser-rendered type: the model sets the typography, which is why the prompts name the typeface, the weights and the hierarchy explicitly.
Four rules were learned by getting them wrong, and they are written into the creative system so they are not learned twice.
- Say that the label wraps a cylinder. Without that clause the model hallucinates invented characters onto the small print at the bottle’s edge. It is photographically true and it removes the surface being hallucinated onto.
- Rim text on the top arc of a badge only. Set around a full circle, the bottom half renders mirrored and upside down, and at feed width it reads as a bug.
- One fact per chip, three hierarchy levels, nothing below 28 px on the 1350 master. A chip carrying three ingredients produced the smallest type in the set.
- Never ask a model for the absence of expression. “Calm and unposed” returns a lifeless stock face. Naming a specific moment, someone laughing at something off camera, returns a person.
05The copy that ships with them
L1, the consult ads
- A nutritionist writes the plan around your food, your city and your routine, and a real person stays on you daily. Free consultation first, nothing to buy on the call.
- Most plans fail in week three, when nobody is watching. Ours has somebody watching: daily WhatsApp check-ins from a real person.
- Personalised nutrition built around what you already eat, not a diet chart printed for somebody else.
P1, the label ads
- KSM-66 ashwagandha 300 mg, magnesium aspartate 200 mg, green tea extract 100 mg, vitamin B6 2.4 mg. Per capsule, not per bottle.
- A proprietary blend prints four ingredients as one total, so you never learn how much of anything you are taking. We print all four separately.
- Our own site used to say twenty-three micronutrients. The label lists twelve actives, so we corrected the site.
No em dashes, no exclamation marks, no urgency language and no discount code anywhere in the set. Every claim in the copy is a quantity printed on a label or a term written into a policy.
06Hard rules, unchanged
2. No AI-generated person presented as a named customer. Our own Testimonials Policy bans fabricated reviews, and we do not need them.
3. No before-and-after bodies. No kilograms with a timeframe, in an ad or on a page. Never address the viewer’s own body.
4. Written consent on file for every named testimonial before a rupee is spent.
07Measurement, and what is actually wired
- Pixel 1780886359610321 live and verified at the network level, with the Conversions API alongside it.
- The consult page fires a real Lead event and GA4
generate_lead. It used to fire only PageView, which meant L1 could never have optimised toward anything. - Product landing pages fire ViewContent and view_item.
- Every ad URL carries readable UTMs plus Meta’s own macros, so an order joins back to a campaign and an ad even after somebody renames the ad in Ads Manager.
- Still to be done by hand after import: attach the pixel and the conversion event to each ad set, set a start date, and place one real test order to confirm Purchase deduplicates across the Pixel and the Conversions API.
08The account mistake, written down
An earlier version of this plan, campaigns C1, C2 and C3, was imported into ad account 1013269438141531. That account sits outside the healthymanushyalifestyle business portfolio, has no pixel attached and no Shopify connection, so nothing in it could have tracked a single event. Shivam caught it and sent the screenshots.
The cause was in our own repository. The campaign builder and its README both documented that account ID in their setup instructions, and somebody followed the instructions. Both are corrected, the builder now refuses to run against any account but the verified one, and Meta’s bulk importer, which has no account column and silently uses whichever account is selected on screen, is now covered by a written step and a printed warning. Those three drafts are being deleted; they never delivered and they are superseded by L1 and P1 in any case.
09Appendix: the evidence wall
These are screenshots of real ads, captured from the Meta Ad Library on 25 Aug 2026, country set to India, active ads only. Each caption says what the ad is doing and what we took from it into the set above. Where a capture is a category ad that surfaced on a competitor search, the caption says that too. The volumes behind these: OZiva runs roughly 50,000 active ads, Man Matters 12,000, Kapiva 2,500, Plix 2,400, Traya 1,200, Wellbeing Nutrition 1,000.
"Cravings didn't disappear overnight. They're not supposed to. ACV Moringa isn't a switch, it's a stabilizer." Honest-mechanism copy over a belly-fat hook video, closing line "It Doesn't Numb Hunger. It Calms It."
We take: honest mechanism + PAS
Hinglish mechanism copy: "ACV + Moringa blend se sugar aur junk food cravings kam hogi... Abhi shuru karo," over a "Fat Burn's Stuck? This Might Be Why" video. Same pattern as Exhibit 01, switched into Hinglish.
We take: Hinglish PAS
Ingredient checklist creative (Glutathione, Collagen Builder, Astaxanthin) stacked over "BUY 1 GET 4 FREE (Worth ₹1800+) Limited Time Offer! Hurry or you'll miss it!" The fake-urgency BOGO we deliberately do not copy; our F07 earns urgency the Traya way instead.
Counter-example: what we refuse
Capture from the Man Matters results. Problem-first framing before any product is shown.
We take: problem before product
A long-form story lead: "I almost looked past the woman who saved my husband's life. She was seventy-nine..." then "Natural Relief in Weeks." A full advertorial narrative inside primary text. Not a Man Matters ad; it surfaced on their search, which is itself the lesson: advertorials are live in this market.
We take: F01 advertorial format
Third capture from the same results window.
Reference
Runs from the creator handle health.genie_, not the brand page. Hinglish ingredient bullets with emoji: "Karela & Jamun: jo blood-sugar levels ko manage karne me help karte hain." Vertical video titled "One Juice, Multiple Benefits", CTA in Punjabi.
We take: creator handle + Hinglish education
Second capture. Same education pattern applied to another SKU.
Reference
Third capture, "Daily Wellness Solutions by Kapiva" partnership page also active in the same window.
Reference
Runs from the creator handle lulu_arwa. "I am using this guava range since 3 months now." First-person, timestamped usage, phone-shot vertical video. This is the whitelisted UGC machine that the whole category copies.
We take: whitelisted UGC
Second creator capture from the same window (Sakchii with Plix also live).
Reference
Third capture, same search.
Reference
"In Stages 1 to 4 correct medications and treatments can help regrow your hair. But once you hit stage 5 it is very difficult." Staged-severity education that creates urgency without a discount, kit unboxing video, "Trusted By 10 Lakhs+ Indians" strip.
We take: urgency via education, not discounts
Second capture, quiz-funnel entry.
Reference
Third capture, same window.
Reference
A doctor-led podcast clip ("Dr. Vaidya Karanvir Singh discusses common digestive concerns") with the CTA going straight to WhatsApp. Surfaced on the WN search. Proof that doctor authority plus a WhatsApp button is native to this market, which is exactly our C2 shape. WN itself co-runs ads with Manipal Hospitals Delhi.
We take: authority + WhatsApp CTA
Second capture from the same results.
Reference
Third capture from the same results.
Reference10Three things, and none of them are code
The build is finished. Sixteen ads, two campaigns, the landing pages, the tracking and the arithmetic are all done and checkable. Three things are not, and none of them can be done from a keyboard here.
| # | What | Why it blocks |
|---|---|---|
| 1 | Payment method and GSTIN on account 2312438732897418 | Nothing can spend without it. The GSTIN has to be on the account at the time of billing; invoices raised without it cannot be corrected afterwards for input credit. |
| 2 | Sign off the ladder prices Progress ₹3,820 · Results ₹6,750 · The Quarter ₹15,840 · Half Year ₹28,800 | All four are DRAFT, so they return 404 today. Two of the sixteen finished ads are built for the six-month tier and cannot run until that product is published. |
| 3 | The next print run | The two claim lines in section 06 come off the pack. Advertising cannot fix what is printed on the bottle. |
The day the first two land, the ads go on.
Competitor exhibits in section 09 were captured from the Meta Ad Library on 20 and 25 August 2026, country India, active ads, and are reproduced here for internal competitive review only, never for reuse in our own creative. The sixteen frames in section 01 are our own, generated for this campaign. Milligram figures throughout are read off the printed labels on Akash’s pack shots. Companion documents: the campaign builder, the link checker and the import runbook in marketing/meta-cli, and the creative system in marketing/creative-system.
